Institute Guidelines　

The following activities are prohibited in the Institute in order to preserve the environment:

• Collecting plants or animals
• Drinking alcohol
• Smoking outside designated smoking areas
• Littering (please take your trash home with you)
• Entering restricted or fenced-off areas
• Jogging, playing sports, or singing in groups (chorus)
• Selling goods or conducting commercial photography

The following items are also not allowed to be brought into the Institute:

• Plants and animals
• Toys such as balls and jump ropes
• Insect nets and cages
• Alcoholic beverages
• Musical instruments

＊In recent years, the increase of non-native species such as red-eared sliders (commonly known as midori-game), largemouth bass, and bluegill has become a serious problem. Releasing species that do not originally inhabit the area can threaten the native wildlife. Please refrain from doing so.
